Richard Whitehead, MBE, is the double Paralympic champion, winning gold in the 200m at both London 2012 and Rio 2016. He also brought home a 100m silver from Rio. He also set the world record in a half marathon and full marathon.
Richard is the captain of the British para athletics team and has just won silver at the world champs in Dubai. He's doing amazing things to boost all para sports for the generation after him and is one of the most inspiring individuals I've spoken with.
